Our experienced  Compliance Team will ensure that the staff that you receive are fully compliant Medicco Healthcare will run a criminal DBS background study, and National Sex Offender check. Credentials and continuing education continued to be monitored on a monthly basis, ensuring that our employees meet the state guidelines.

As part of the on boarding process, each employee will review the guidelines for Fraud, Waste and Abuse Compliance Training. Anyone working within a home care setting will also attend Medicco Healthcare’s Home Care Orientation. Each employee is covered under Medicco Healthcare’s Workman’s Compensation, General Liability, and Malpractice insurance
